This is an awesome shipwreck, the first I've got to see. While I was hoping to get some nice night shots here, time didn't let me, so I'm hoping to come back here for some fun astrophotography

Flashes of light, as they strike,
Call forth an army of drops,

I've seen so many photographers mention how they stop their car on the side of the road when they see an interesting photo opportunity. I understand where they are coming from. While in palm springs, my friends and I spotted these rain clouds at a distance. I convinced them to pull over and then went into a shooting frenzy. The clouds casting a shadow over the mountains while the heavens poured was a sight to behold.

There are sometimes, when you walk into a place so beautiful that you forget that you are there to take pictures. This was one such place. My friends and I were returning from a hike when the sun started setting. I was so blown away by the sky, that I nearly missed the last few moments of the sunset and of course this shot. Quickly, we set up the tripod and I went on a maniacal clicking spree. I'm glad I did. A HDR of 3 exposures.

The sun was setting to the right of this pond and the reflections in the water were strong and vibrant. 3 exposures combined using Photomatix and refined using CS5.

I am eternal, forever guiding your way through all the ups and downs of life. What you see of me is but a glimpse of who I really am. I am you and you are me. We are all one. Do not be fooled by what you see, for, if you see beyond the surface, you shall realize that the journey of life begins and ends in you.
